Södra raised the price of its NBSK in Europe to $1070/tonne, effective 1 January 2018, reports the company in its press release.
"The global pulp market is searching for an equilibrium, but it has clearly not reached that point yet,” commented Magnus Björkman, VP Marketing and Sales Södra Cell.
"On the contrary the market remains exceptionally strong and this latest announcement is a reflection of the continuing market sentiment."
