In January-February 2018, Russia increased its plywood exports, both in value and in volume terms, indicate the statistics published by the Russian Federal Customs Office.
Thus, according to the latest data, in January-February 2018 Russian plywood export volume came up to 404,300 m3. That is 8.9% more than during the previous year.
The total value of the Russian plywood exported in January-February 2018 came up to $201 million and grew by 31.5% year-on-year.
Thus, the Russian plywood average export price came up to slightly above $497/m3.
